Shakes to beat the heat.

With the weather heating up, maybe you”re looking for a healthy treat to help stave off the rising temperatures. Shakes, and Smoothies can be a great way to accomplish this. Maybe you”ve visited the office before and have seen these smoothie recipes. If not or if you don”t have the sheet here are the recipes for two different shakes:

VANILLA SHAKE
Eggs
1 Cup of Milk, 1/2 & 1/2, or Heavy Cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon of Stevia

CHOCOLATE SHAKE
Eggs
1 Cup of Milk, 1/2 & 1/2, or Heavy Cream
1 Tablespoon powdered bakers chocolate
1 teaspoon Stevia

You can also mix in 1-2 tablespoons of SP Whey Protein Powder or SP Complete (if you muscle test well for it!)

Substitute organic and raw for each when possible.
